A recent national survey of highly qualified education advocates found that 80-90% of their clients have unidentified, or incorrectly identified needs that impact student access to their education.
When school district psychologists provide incomplete information. The evaluation does not note prompt levels or dependence.
The child is given accolades for doing something unrelated to peer work and normal workload.
Fluency and normal workload endurance are not noted...
